Nice subject and great color. However the image has a number of areas that could be improved. The depth of field could be just a but deeper to bring the entire main subject into better focus. Nice bokeh in the background but the second fingertip is distracting and a slight change in angle would eliminate it from the image. Speaking of change in angle, the composition is simply to plain for my tastes, with the subject roughly centered, seen from the side with no other interest in the frame. Lastly, A little post processing clean up could go a long way to improving the image by removing the stray fiber on the finger and a couple of other dark spots. As always, please accept this as one photographer's humble attempt at constructive criticism.
